Tea Blending

Freda Alphonse came to our school today to show our Grade 3 students traditional tea blending practices. Freda took the time to explain the various ingredients and their medicinal properties as well as how, where and when to harvest them. Students were fully engaged and asked so many questions it was hard to fit it all in to the time we had. Thank you Freda!
